September 2007 - We are excited to announce the Fairfield Inn by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn to the Trans Inns family effective September 20, 2007. These porperties are both located in Kenner, Louisana which is just outside of New Orleans. (more information)

December 2006 - We are happy to announce the new addition of the Courtyard by Marriott in Glenview, Illinois to Trans Inns Management’s portfolio. This property was recently acquired on December 20, 2006, and will undergo an immediate Courtyard “reinvention” of the interior and exterior of the property. (more information)

September 2006 - We would like to announce two new additions, the Courtyard by Marriott in Roswell, Georgia and the Courtyard by Marriott in Columbia, South Carolina to the ever-growing Trans Inns family! Both property transactions were completed September 12, 2006. (more information)
