History
Founded in 1984 by Daniel Vosotas, Trans Inns Management started as a Michigan based local owner/operator of hotel properties and quickly became one of Michigan's largest independent hospitality management companies with 17 properties throughout the state.
In 2000, with an established business model and recognizing the need to grow and diversify, Trans Inns strategically reallocated capital and shifted focus to a national strategy. Our history includes over 60 properties representing over $500 million of hospitality real estate transactions as well as development and third party management.
