Manager In Training / Internship Programs:
Our Manager in Training (MIT) and Internship programs will lead you through a broad based education, covering all areas of Trans Inns operations.
THE OBJECTIVE: Develop qualified hospitality leaders into effective professional managers, through well-structured, defined training in areas of operations, management, corporate interaction and strategic administration.
OUR GOAL: Developing you into excellent leaders and managers. Your learning will be fast-paced. It will include interactive exercises, computer-based training, simulations and real-life situations. It will make your training a meaningful and valuable one. You will work hard, have fun and obtain the tools necessary to become a valued member of the Trans Inns Management team!
This program introduces the groundwork which the managerial candidate can become an effective leader within Trans Inns Management hotels around the United States.
