Manager In Training / Internship Programs:

Our Manager in Training (MIT) and Internship program will lead you through a broad based education, covering all areas of Trans Inns operations.

THE OBJECTIVE: Develop qualified hospitality leaders and effective professional managers through well-structured, defined training in areas of operations, management, corporate interaction and strategic administration.

OUR METHOD: Your learning will be fast-paced. Interactive exercises, computer-based training, simulations and real-life situations ensure the training is meaningful. You will work hard, have fun and obtain the tools necessary to become a valued member of the team!

This program introduces the groundwork which the managerial candidate can become an effective leader within our hotels around the United States.
